We′re forced to leave our home, there's nothing for us left
The orb we once called home is nothing but a barren waste
Once a vital life force, this precious gift lies raped
We′ve drained her of all nurture, our stewardship has failed
For all those left behind, a certain doom draws near
The ark could but contain a sample, us chosen few

Coordinates set to start anew
Into the starscape we gaze
Beheld by eyes that shine deep in the dark
We are pilgrims of the stars


Now the future is in our hands, we are the last hope for our kin
The cargo that we hold is the fate of all mankind
Our pilgrims' way is set and there's no way going back
Each of us though wonder: Is it an honor or a curse?
