Let me tell you a story
It′s about someone that wanted to be a better person
Goes out of their way to help others and maybe make a difference in this world
Somewhere along the lines they got lost

How did I get here
I wasn't always like this something shook me
Now I stroll around looking at the streets for more
Hoping things will get better

I know who I am and need me
I can′t let this take over

Are you out there do you see what's in the room who's hiding in the dark
How could I find the other side of me
That was always hungry for a heart attack
Pull the veil from my eyes


In a place where I was falling I couldn′t see the signs
They were silent and evolving out of nothing

In the end we′re all the same broken pieces from the game
A little more from what we came it's the same
Maybe I′m wrong who cares who's right
Well I′m beyond this tonight

Rattle the bones and shake the cage
I see the trouble page to page
