So many days pass me by and I wonder
How many more will I choose to sacrifice
Cost of living only silence buys another moment
Just play along and soon you′ll boldly understand
Subliminal thoughts are forming like some new perversion
Deliverance by 4am I heard the words drop
Lick my lips, take a drink, repeat the oath cantation
Atypical will only pull me down into subversion

Never thought I'd live to see the days of our inversion
Frame of thought could not alert these visions of distortion
Sacred vows are written down for the spoken word
Casting spells not ringing bells indoctrinate the morning
Time has come for everyone to meet the new day
Or will you choose to heed then words that questions your own faith
