Elephants Songtext

Why do I love them you ask
Well because they are so slow
No need to hurry
Plenty of time to come and go
Their funny hairdo as well
As their kind loving eyes
Old souls in the jungle
They are so wise

What do we do to this world oh my people
Always wanting more destroying everything
We kill, we experiment
We burn without sentiment
We think we′re so intelligent
But really we're just arrogant

I love elephants as much as I love trees
They take care of the world
And they take care of their families
I love elephants because they are grey
No black or white let′s compromise they say

Why do we need them you ask
Well because they are so big
You can hide underneath them
Shut your eyes from this misery
And they're so elegant
Even though they weigh six tons
Repealing theory of elements
But soon they might be gone

I love elephants as much as I love trees
They take care of the world
And they take care of their families
I love elephants because they are grey
No black or white let's compromise they say

And if you like tigers or if you like crocodiles
If you like zebras or be it the cheetah
If you like cats or dogs, rabbits or foxes
Will you take care of them
No matter which one
All animals are fun

Mmmh mh mh mh mh mh mh
Mmmh mh mh mh mh mh mh
Mmmh mh mh mh mh mh mh
Mmmh mh mh mh mh mh mh

I love elephants (I love elephants)
I love elephants (I love elephants)
I love elephants (I love elephants so much)
I love elephants
I love elephants so much so much
I love elephants
Ooh I love elephants (I love elephants)
I love elephants so much
