Since I last fought
Through a battle
Now I′m just a shell
Drifting in mist
Without a purpose

But this peace

We fought

All I learnt
Has become otiose
Now only one more
Battle undone
Nothing like
The previous ones

Silently I walk in peace
To my decease
As in the waves by the shore
My reflection dissolves
The life in me slowly erodes away

The immensity of an ocean
Opens before me
The unreachable horizon
Tempts me with its peace
I walk forwards
Towards the beauty I see
